My sister in law Karmel shared this easy to make bread recipe she found on a video and wrote it down on a post it note. I love this recipe and how easy it is I have been making every week for my family and friends. No more bread in a plastic bag. No more expensive bakery bread that goes stale in 2 days. This bread can stay fresh if you keep it on the counter wrapped in a white dish towel.

Easy Bread Recipe:
3 1/2 Cups bread Flour
1 tsp. Active dry yeast
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 3/4 Cup warmed water ( 108 degrees)
Instructions:
Mix ingredients with a spatula until it forms a sticky gooey dough ball. Fold in the 4 sides of the ball then place in a large ceramic bowl, and cover with a damp white dish towel. Place in a warm room ( 70 degrees) and leave for 4-6 hours.
Heat your oven to 425 degrees with a large dutch oven and lid inside the oven. When dough is proofed place on the counter with the ceramic bowl inverted on top for 1/2 hour. When the oven with the dutch oven inside has heated up to 425 degrees and the dough has been sitting under the ceramic bowl for 1/2 hour. Again kead the dough bal by folding in all 4 sides, then make 3 slits on top of the dough ball and place it in the hot Dutch oven with the lid on it and place the dough in the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes with lid on and 5 minutes with lid off.
Your bread should be slightly brown and crunchy on the outside and warm and delicious on the inside
Enjoy with or without butter or homemade jam.
